DESCRIPTION:Herbed Salts, Dried Fruits, and More!In this workshop, you will learn the basics of food safety while making dehydrated herbs & spices.  All materials are provided. December 10, 2025 5 - 7 pm  LaFayette Community Center 2508 US-11, Lafayette, NY 13084. Next to Dollar General.All materials provided.A minimum of 6 registered attendees must be met for the program to run. Registration is $25 per person Our instructor, Nancy Pfeiffer, has been canning and preserving for over 40 years, and continues to keep up to date on the newest and best safety practices from trusted sources. She is experienced in water bath, steam, and pressure canning, as well as freezing and dehydrating to extend the harvest season. She enjoys teaching others to learn how to preserve safely.
