walk of 2016!
Meet on Wednesday, June 15, in Clinton Square at 6 pm for a tour of the
downtown stops on the Freedom Trail.
This Walk will feature sites that highlight Syracuse’s important role in
abolitionist history.
It will begin at the Jerry Rescue Monument and end at The Mission
Restaurant, formerly Wesleyan Methodist Church on Columbus Circle, a celebrated
way station on the Underground Railroad, where participants will enjoy
some light refreshments.
