CCE Onondaga has two meeting room spaces available for reservation based on availability.
Meeting Space Rental
Welcome to Cornell Cooperative Extension of Onondaga County!Our new office is located in
the heart of Onondaga County. Near Carrier Circle, and right off the highway, we
are approximately 15-20 minutes from Downtown Syracuse.

. There are two secure entrances however guests
enter through the first door (on left side of building) to check in at the
front desk.Our office hours are
8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday.
Facility Use Agreement:
- Please fill out
the correct form & provide an insurance documents necessary

Requesting organizations must review and signed the correct
facility use agreement form. Please return the signed agreement and
insurance
certificates to our office via email, mail, or fax. Payment of the
assigned fee can
be made in the form of check made payable to
Cornell Cooperative Extension
of Onondaga County.
Cost:
- Fees for room use vary due to length of meeting, day of the
week, if staff are needed to be present during weekend hours, and displacement
of CCE Onondaga staff during weekdays. Please inquire before booking the classroom or board room. Fees do not
generally exceed $250/day.
- Other CCE Associations, Cornell Affiliates, and local
partner organizations hosting events a CCE Onondaga staff member may attend,
may be granted a fee waiver.

Accommodations:
- Please let us know ahead of time if any of your attendees
may need special accommodations.These
include things like a private room to breastfeed. Our office is wheelchair
accessible.
Available
technology/supplies:
- You
may either bring your own laptop or utilize our available laptop, teleconferencing systems, ceiling
mounted projector, small sound bar, & presentation easels. Please let us
know your needs in advance so that equipment may be updated and tested prior to
your event.
- Binder
on podium will include Wi-Fi password and guest computer login
Sign-in Protocol:
- All guests must stop at the front desk to sign in. For large groups, the main organizer may check in upon arrival and have all attendees complete a sign-in sheet within the first half hour.This is necessary for building security as well as in the case of a building fire alarm.
Meals/Deliveries:
- Food
is permissible in the classroom and boardroom.We can help to provide
suggestions of nearby locations. Deliveries can be made directly but
please
inform front desk staff regarding estimated arrival. Please leave the
room tidy upon finishing your time there.

If you are interested in providing food or beverages, here
are a few that we’ve commonly used with good results. Some deliver and some
you’d have to pick up in advance. We have a fridge available that you can store
anything you need.

- The facility
user is responsible for communicating protocols. CCE can refuse entry to any
