Dutch Hill Maple is hosting CCE Onondaga's "Maple Sap for Fun & Profit" workshop. Join us on January 20, 2024 to learn about the maple sap market and the fundamentals of what it takes to gather and care for maple sap.
This two-hour workshop will include a presentation by Nate Williams, owner of Dutch Hill Maple. With over 7500 tapped trees, Dutch Hill Maple is Onondaga County’s number-one producer of maple syrup. Also presenting will be CCE Executive Director and professional forester, David Skeval.
