Join us as an Onondaga Master Gardener presents information about growing, harvesting, and using edible flowers in your food planning. She will highlight the use of flowers in all aspects of menu prep. The tastes, smells, and growing habits of edible flowers will be discussed. Handouts include an extensive list of edible and non-edible flowers. She will end with information about non-edible flowers and precautions for safe choices for eating flowers.
Registration is required. There is a minimum number of registrants needed otherwise the program will be rescheduled.
