Having an energy assessment qualifies you for incentives, rebates, and low-interest loans that can be applied to the costs of your energy efficiency improvements. State and federal incentives have increased and can now help cover 50%-100% of the work for income-eligible households.

Due to added financial stress from the pandemic the income eligibility has expanded, meaning many households that have previously had an income that was too high may now qualify for these funds.
