Welcome to Onondaga County 4-H!

Onondaga County 4-H welcomes young people ages 5-18 from all backgrounds, empowering them to ultimately create positive change in their communities. 4-H youth learn leadership, civic engagement and life skills necessary to succeed in life, such as communication and public speaking, goal setting, problem solving, collaboration, teamwork and social interaction. In doing so, they develop self-confidence and compassion for others in a supportive, hands-on, experiential learning environment, and establish connections with caring adults who help them positively contribute to their communities. Onondaga County offers 4-H clubs, connections to 4-H camps, Statewide and National 4-H activities and events.

Leadership Program

Youth ages 13-18 are now invited to enroll in sessions of the “Youth Leadership to Strengthen Our Communities” program. Available in the fall, winter, and spring!
