Chickens 101

Join us on Wednesday, March 2nd from 7:00-9:00pm at the Madison County CCE Office, 100 Eaton Street Morrisville, NY. Registration will begin at 6:30pm. The program is $10.00 per person with each additional family or farm member for $5.00. Registration is available online at https://reg.cce.cornell.edu/chicken101_225.
Cornell Cooperative Extension educator Erin Hull from CCE Onondaga will discuss the basics and more. The program will include breed selection, nutritional requirements, housing requirements, egg layers, and meat breeds. Raising chickens can be easy and FUN! Bring your questions and take the guesswork out of getting started or growing your flock.
