CCE Onondaga, Syracuse City Parks, Vernon-Verona-Sherrill FFA, and the New York Maple Producers will be hosting the first Maple Day in the City of Syracuse. Come out to celebrate with families and friends.

• Maple Sugar Demonstration with sap collection and evaporation
• Maple syrup sampling with pancakes
• Snow shoeing (weather permitting)
• Connecting food production to our communities 
• Local Music
