This workshop is for municipalities and volunteer/community groups interested in monitoring for ticks and tracking local tick populations over time. As ticks and tick-borne-illnesses continue to be an increasing concern, several communities have started to monitor for ticks once or twice a year to establish some knowledge about local populations. Having trained municipal staff and community volunteers is essential if communities would like to engage in this activitiy.
This workshop is FREE but registration is required. https://reg.cce.cornell.edu/Tick_Monitoring_231
