Cornell Cooperative Extension of Onondaga County invites you in learning the art and science of processing fermented foods safely. During the workshop participants will learn about the benefits of fermented vegetables and how to make their own Sauerkraut and Kimchi on Wednesday, October 3rd, 2018 from 4:30PM to 6:30PM at the NYS Fairgrounds, Home & Garden Center (Wegmans Demonstration Kitchen).
Participants will take home a jar of both Sauerkraut and Kimchi to enjoy.
The cost of the workshop is $25 per person and registration is required
