Cornell Cooperative Extension of Onondaga County invites anyone interested in learning the art and science of making dill pickles to attend the upcoming workshop on Tuesday, July 30th, 2019 from 4:30-6:30PM at the NYS Fairgrounds, Wegmans Kitchen. Participants will learn techniques of canning, in the form of pickling, to preserve fresh cucumbers of the summer season. Each participant will take home a jar of pickles.
The cost of the workshop is $15 per person and registration is required.
