CCE Onondaga Master Gardeners
The theme of our Master Gardeners this year is “Learn about Healthy Yards, Planting Perennials, and many more environmentally safe practices .” Check out their beautiful tabling spot, filled with interactive displays and plants, or stop by to ask them a gardening question! The booth is open in the Horticulture Building every day of the Fair from 10AM to 10PM.
4H Youth Development
CCE Onondaga 4H will be at the 4H Youth Building, 10am to 4pm, August 29th to September 2nd. Onondaga County Youth will be providing exhibits and presentations on horses, food and nutrition, ecology, and more!
Agriculture
Our CCE Ag Educator will be at the Live Birthing Center, located between the midway and the Time Square area near the Youth Building, for twoshifts. The Center will be open daily from 10am until 9pm. It’s an opportunity for the public to learn more about the dairy industry, the care farmers provide their animals, as well as the birthing process.
