Cornell Cooperative Extension of Onondaga County invites you in learning the art and science of making pizza and your own tomato sauce to attend the upcoming workshop on Wednesday, November 20th, 2019 from 4:30PM to 6:30PM at the NYS Fairgrounds, Home & Garden Center (Wegmans Demonstration Kitchen).Participants will learn techniques of canning tomato sauce using a pressure canner.We’ll be making pizza from scratch using the tomato sauce we make during the workshop. You will also learn how to make pizza dough and mozzarella from scratch. Each participant will sample their own fresh from scratch pizzas. Come hungry, leave happy and more knowledgeable.
