JOIN US FOR A WALK IN THE RAND TRACT with our friends from Syracuse Parks & Rec on Saturday, May 22 from 10 - 11:30 am.
See and hear all about the spring ephemerals as we walk the beautiful wooded trails of the Rand Tract, behind Webster Pond in the heart of Syracuse’s Valley.
You will learn amazing things from CCE’s Forestry Program Specialist Kristina Ferrare.
Note:
- We will meet at the Webster Pond parking area off of Valley Drive and access the Rand Tract trails from there.
- All patrons must wear masks and follow posted Covid-19 safety guidelines:
- If you are not feeling well, please stay home; Masks must be worn at all times;
- A wellness check will be performed for each patron at check-in;
- Participants must remain six feet apart from others in the park and along the routes, unless they reside in the same household;
- There will be no indoor facilities open in the parks.
- Staff will be masked at all times and will clean and sanitize all seating areas and other touch points prior to each session.
