Cornell Cooperative Extension Onondaga County presents
Rain Barrel Education Sessions
THE RAIN BARREL PROGRAM IS NOW FULL. Please contact Camille Marcotte at email@example.com or (315) 424-9485 ext.232 to be added to the waitlist. Thank you!
When: Tuesday, July 18th and Wednesday, July 19th
Rain barrels capture runoff from rooftops during storms to use later to water your lawn or garden. Combined sewers in Syracuse can overflow during wet weather, and the use of rain barrels can help save water and protect Onondaga Lake and its tributaries. Onondaga County residents are eligible to receive a free rain barrel after attending a brief instructional workshop.
Register to attend one of two VIRTUAL Rain Barrel Education Sessions and become eligible to pick up your very own FREE rain barrel! *Please only register for one session - if you need to switch dates, contact Camille at the information below.*
Questions? Contact Camille Marcotte at (315) 424-9485 ext.232 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pick-up dates and times:
**More information about rain barrel pick-ups will be shared after the Education Sessions. Only Onondaga County residents are eligible to participate.**
Rain barrels provided by the Save the Rain program (Onondaga County Department of Water Environment Protection).
