Beth is a Diet Technician Registered Nutritionist, Certified Lactation Counselor and ACE certified exercise instructor for over 30 years.She received her BA from UCLA and AS in Dietetics and Technology from SUNY Morrisville. Beth has worked as a Community Nutrition Educator beginning in Santa Monica, CA with school garden projects, then moved to Cazenovia, joining Food Bank of CNY promoting food security initiatives including growing food programs, access to nutritious foods, and healthy cooking and eating. She became Assistant Director of the Farmers Market Federation of NY, and worked abroad in Greece with the refugee community coordinating women’s wellness programming. She has a passion for travel and cultural cuisine, especially visiting Italy to “study,” eat and enjoy the Mediterranean diet.
